Thank you for your interest in North Shore Center for Speech, Language, & Swallowing Disorders. NSC provides services to Nassau and Suffolk Counties Early Intervention Programs, children from birth to 18 years, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and nursing homes as well as home and office-based therapies. We welcome resumes from the following licensed professionals:

• Occupational Therapists

• Special Educators

• Ongoing Service Coordinators

• Registered Dietitians

• Psychologists

• Social Workers

Speech-Language Pathologists

Full-time, part-time and fee-for-service positions are available. Speech/ Language Pathologists must be NYS licensed and hold a Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC). SLPs are needed to provide Early Intervention, adult and pediatric home care, office-based therapy, and acute and sub-acute care in various locations throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties. Candidates must have experience with the evaluation and treatment of infants, children, and/or adults with feeding, swallowing, speech, language, voice, and cognitive impairments. They must have training in evaluating and treating dysphagia. Vital-stim, PROMPT, MBSS, and FEES are a plus.
